Do you feel overwhelmed and confused with your loved one's behaviours and big emotions? You may find yourself walking on eggshells, constantly trying to prevent the next crisis, or getting stuck in what’s “right” vs. “effective”; all while feeling exhausted and alone. It’s common for families and partners to feel powerless and confused about how to effectively balance supporting someone you love while keeping your own head above water. I am passionate about working with parents, partners, and adult family members who are supporting a loved one with emotional dysregulation, trauma, and complex mental health concerns.
