I am a licensed therapist who supports children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s emotional challenges with compassion and care. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational or parenting concerns, and I also provide faith-integrated and culturally sensitive therapy when desired. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a strengths-focused lens that honors each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Through our work together, I help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and strengthen emotional resilience.
