With a gentle pace and a listening ear, I will cultivate a safe environment to support you. My journey to become a therapist began with my own experience with family therapy. I know the innate resilience and wisdom we all carry within us. Trauma, loss, family conflict, anxiety, chronic pain, and chronic illness have been part of my story, helping me deeply understand yours. I bring a rich experience from hospital and school settings to the therapy room.
