Sometimes life hands us some situations that are difficult to manage on our own, despite doing the best we can with what we have available to us. If you are looking for additional support along this journey, I will work alongside you, and or your child to explore a particular mental health concern, key changes you are looking to make or developing a different understanding of yourself and or particular situations while potentially gaining awareness and insights into why these situations occur. I utilize a variety of different modalities, and have training in areas such as CBT, DBT, BSFT, Narrative, Trauma, and Attachment.
