Becoming a mom is one of the most amazing, joyful experiences you’ve ever had- and it can also be overwhelming. From worrying about taking care of a new little human to images and examples of moms who seem to be ‘getting it right’, you may feel like somehow you’re not measuring up. Navigating relationships with family and friends, returning to work, and the challenges created by the pandemic may have increased your fears and heightened your ‘mom guilt’. As someone who has experienced this first-hand, I offer you a space where you can share it all- the good and the messy- and feel empowered in this role of a lifetime.
