Most people leave therapy feeling heard. That matters, but it isn't enough. The same themes keep circling, and insight alone doesn't bring lasting change. The people I work with are intelligent, self-aware adults who've already tried to understand themselves, through other therapy, reading, or sheer effort. What shows up as depression, anxiety, grief, shame, relationship conflict, or feeling stuck isn't a generic problem that gets resolved with a one-size-fits-all approach. There's something specific underneath that hasn't been fully identified yet.
