I am not currently accepting new clients. My services are partially or fully covered by most insurance companies. I treat issues that are primarily related to difficulties with emotion regulation. When we are persistently distressed it becomes increasingly challenging to be present for life in the current moment. This is especially the case when we stretch ourselves too thin and come to rely upon escape strategies in order to cope, such as behaviours that have addictive potential. When we are not able to be mindfully present for what is happening around us, all aspects of our lives suffer.
