There are moments in life and relationships where things can start to feel tangled, disconnected, uncertain, or quietly painful. You may be struggling to communicate with a partner, navigating changes in sexual connection, adjusting to illness or loss, feeling overwhelmed within family dynamics, or seeking to understand yourself more clearly in the middle of a hard experience. Therapy work with me can become a space where you are not left holding all of that on your own, and where those experiences can be shared, understood, and worked through in relationship. I work with clients in office, online, and with selective outdoor spots.
