Hi, my name is Sonya, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I work with clients in short- or long-term therapy to address life changes, stress, anxiety & depression. I specialize in working with clients who need support with faith-based issues, post-partum, navigating a divorce or aftermath or parenting teenagers. I specialize in working with adults navigating significant life changes such as career transitions, parenting challenges or relationship shifts. Change can bring uncertainty but it's also an opportunity for growth.
