Sonia is a registered psychotherapist and has her Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology, she has had the pleasure of working with families, individuals and couples in a clinical setting for over 15 years. Sonia works from a holistic and strength-based approach and integrates various health and wellness models into her practice. She specializes in CBT, EFT, trauma focused therapy, positive psychology, solution-focused, mindfulness techniques, attachment theory, Gottman couples therapy, and tailors treatment specifically to the individual.
