I’m a therapist supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant, and marginalized communities across California (virtual) and in Oakland (in person). My practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in anti-oppressive, decolonized values. Whether you’re seeking therapy to explore your identity, heal from trauma, manage stress or anxiety, or process life transitions and experiences of injustice, I am here to support you. I work with individuals of all ages, couples, & families—especially those navigating complex cultural, relational, and systemic dynamics.
