I work with teens, adults, couples, and families around anxiety, relationships, trauma, life transitions, and developmental differences. I often see professionals in high-pressure roles and individuals navigating different cultures, though my practice is not limited to this. Many clients come in struggling with self-esteem, self-criticism, codependency, and recurring relational patterns. In our work, we focus on understanding these patterns and how they developed, while working toward more effective ways of relating and responding.
