I currently am accepting new clients! Hello, my name is Sierra. I can offer you a safe space to discuss what is going on in your life. I completed my masters in counselling psychology at Yorkville University and graduated with distinction. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, positive psychology, and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy. My specialities include depression, anxiety, addiction, couples counselling, young adults, bipolar disorder, as well as life transitions. I am able to help family members of bipolar people. I have a lot of compassion for my clients which allows me to foster a safe environment for clients.
