I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) degree in Human Behaviour from McMaster University, and I'm currently completing my Masters of Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School. I imagine my ideal client as someone who’s doing their best but feeling overwhelmed by stress, racial identity, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, sexuality, gender identity, or the pressure to have it all figured out.
