Hi, I'm Sierra, and I am a registered occupational therapist (OT) whose practice focuses on supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges. I approach traditional psychotherapy through an OT lens by focusing on identifying and addressing barriers to function, such as executive function, emotional and self-regulation, and interpersonal skills. By integrating psychotherapeutic techniques—including CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and coaching, with OT, I create practical, measurable, and meaningful change.
