At times, life can feel heavy in ways that are difficult to explain, as though you have been carrying too much for too long while still trying to keep moving forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, and life transitions. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to feelings of disconnection, overwhelm, or being stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in helping you feel safe and supported in your healing.
