Hi, I’m Claire. I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and extensive clinical experience supporting older youth and adults across community and hospital mental health settings. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, traumatic loss and grief, 2SLGBTQ+ mental health (including coming out, exploring gender identity, and understanding sexual orientation), and immigrant mental health and settlement- and immigration-related stress. My goal as your therapist is to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can slow things down and make sense of your experiences at your own pace.
