For over 20 years I have helped clients work through aspects of their lives they find most challenging. Understanding how these difficulties affect ongoing non-productive communication, help to restore positive relational patterns and everyday interactions. Intense verbal or non-verbal chronic behavior may leave partners feeling angry, hurt or confused. Learning to observe and repair complex perceptions, helps to soften negative and reactive behaviors. Gestures, tones and shouting are all forms of communication. Each may create tension, anger or even total withdrawal. The ability to process conflicting needs allows for acceptance.
