Finding balance amongst the pitfalls that life can throw at us can be challenging. Emotions, anxiety, depression, and self-doubt can quickly, and for some chronically, become overwhelming. Trauma, like your life experiences, is subjective and unique; as is the way one reacts to a stressful event. Some will struggle despite higher functioning, while others are challenged with basic daily tasks. You may find yourself desiring a sense of calm, clarity, and a more authentic fulfilling life.
