I support individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, emotional stress, relationship conflict, or major life transitions. Many of my clients do not necessarily have a diagnosis, but feel exhausted by their thoughts, emotions, or disconnection from themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and non-judgmental. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface, build coping strategies, and help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
