Therapy is a journey and a collaborative effort. I will help you identify and achieve your goals and support you in your efforts to live the life you want to live. My basic orientation is psychodynamic, but I'm flexible in my approach. I honor the individuality of each person with whom I work. I believe in the strength of the human spirit and the possibilities of change for anyone who desires it. I am licensed in multiple states and work with a variety of people from all walks of life who have a range of issues and concerns. My goal is to help you move forward in a positive direction and to find your joy, whatever that may be.
