I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or who find themselves in confusing or hurtful relationships. I enjoy psychology and mental health because I believe emotional well-being is just as important as physical health, and the two are deeply connected. It is meaningful to me to support clients as they begin to understand themselves more fully, develop greater self-awareness, and recognize their own strengths. I value being part of the process as clients gain insight, build confidence, and feel more empowered to make changes in their lives.
