Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. If you’re exhausted from overthinking, or holding everything together while breaking down inside, you’re not alone. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma (including childhood trauma and PTSD), OCD, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, codependency, perfectionism, grief & loss and relationship concerns. You might be experiencing constantly overthinking, saying yes when you mean no, stuck in the same relationship patterns, and avoiding situations that make you feel anxious.
