I have been doing therapy for 40 years. My client age range is generally 18 and over. Working with mindfulness meditation and cognitive therapy is important. My practice was located in Geneva, NY from 1989 until 2016. In 2016, I decided to change my office location closer to my home area of Canandaigua.
