Hi, I'm Sheila, a psychotherapist at the Upstate Center for OCD and Anxiety. I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders for individuals of all ages. Common challenges my clients face involve intrusive thoughts, rumination and related behaviors that can present barriers to well-being. In addition to anxiety, I work with people experiencing depression, trauma and life transitions. I also enjoy providing couples therapy. My approach is compassion based and rooted in the belief that we all have the resilience to achieve meaningful, long-lasting growth.
