I help women experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Many appear high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck in survival mode—overthinking, people-pleasing, carrying too much responsibility, and struggling to fully relax. I also support first responders and women navigating high-conflict relationships, separation, or narcissistic relationship dynamics. Through trauma-informed therapy, we work together to heal the effects of stress and trauma, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
