Over the past two decades, I have worked in nearly every level of mental health care — from frontline crisis response to leadership roles in government, non-profit organizations, and private practice. Throughout that journey, one truth has remained constant: people heal best when they feel genuinely safe, understood, and respected. I created Aetheris because I recognized that many individuals — particularly those in positions of visibility, leadership, influence, or high responsibility — often struggle to find a space where they can truly let their guard down.
