It is an honor to support clients in making meaningful changes, coming into greater self-articulation, and healing past wounds. Over the years, many clients return during different seasons of life, which reinforces for me that I build genuine, trusting relationships where people feel seen, heard, and honored in their process. I draw from CBT, mindfulness practices, and somatic awareness while integrating psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives. With a blended approach, we work on building skills around what is stressed or stuck while addressing deeper layers where patterns and beliefs are formed.
