I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 30 years of experience working with children, youth, individuals, families, and parents and caregivers. My therapeutic approach is grounded in authenticity and curiousity and I work from a place of transparency and collaboration. In sessions we will explore what may be underlying your concerns and improve your ability to cope with the challenges that brought you to therapy.
