Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. If you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin to feel more like yourself again. I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, burnout, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. Some clients come with clear goals, while others are noticing patterns, such as persistent anxiety or feeling disconnected, and want support in understanding and shifting them.
