I specialise in couples therapy with limited availability to 1pm. My partner and I have greatly benefited from therapy and it has helped us build a strong healthy relationship over the past 15 years. We continue growing our love and looking back, we certainly have come a long way from those days of regular fights, emotional distance and shutting each other out. I am trained in Gottman Therapy;L3 and certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I am also trained in helping couples communicate openly around their sex lives, recover from affairs, navigate ADHD, recover from addiction and many other common issues couples may face.
