Many of the clients I work with carry the weight of trauma, whether from childhood, painful relationships, or major life transitions. On the outside, they may seem capable and strong, but inside they often feel unseen, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. Trauma can leave them torn between wanting to move forward and feeling stuck in the past. These struggles often show up in relationships and careers. My clients may give too much, struggle with boundaries, or repeat painful patterns where they are not valued. At their core, these women seek healing, clarity, and empowerment. They long to release old wounds, reclaim self-worth.
