With over 10 years of experience, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can begin your healing journey and feel seen. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in; whether it’s anxiety, grief, depression, relationship stressors or life transitions and work to understand how past experiences, trauma, and family or cultural dynamics may be influencing your well being and functioning.
