I am committed to supporting individuals who feel stuck in recurring emotional and relational patterns shaped by trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, grief, and difficulties with trust, intimacy, and identity, including those managing complex mental health conditions such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or personality-related challenges. My work focuses on reducing psychological distress, rebuilding self-worth, strengthening relationships, and restoring a sense of personal agency, that allows individuals to move beyond survival and toward a more stable, connected, and purposeful life.
