Sebastian Gatica

About

Sebastian is a Registered Psychotherapist and Yorkville University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. He also holds a BA in Psychology from York University. Since entering the field, Sebastian has worked with clients from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, career obstacles, ADHD, relationship struggles, and men’s issues. He also has a particular focus on grief, loss, and trauma, with additional specialized training from the University of Toronto.
