I work with adults who feel like they’re holding things together during the day—but at night, their mind won’t shut off. They often come in with anxiety, disrupted sleep, or PTSD related to difficult past experiences. I provide a calm, collaborative space where we move at a manageable pace. Together, we focus on understanding what’s happening while building practical ways to settle the mind and body so clients can feel more steady and regain a sense of control.
