I've specialized in individual and couples therapy for over 20 years. Regardless of whether you're new to therapy or not, I will help the process go smoothly so we can get to work easily. Psychotherapy is a collaborative effort between myself and my clients, and I consider the consultation and our initial sessions an opportunity to consider if working together is a good fit. My style is engaging and interactive, and I help clients achieve their goals through a variety of empirically-validated methods using a HIPPA-compliant platform.
