Each client deserves to be heard and to have their therapist adapt to them, not the other way around. I work with people who may look like they are managing from the outside, while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood inside. I have a special interest in gifted, 2E, ADHD, and creative clients, but welcome people from many backgrounds. Therapy can help you cope with what is happening now while building resilience, self-understanding, and flexibility for what comes next. Starting can feel intimidating; my goal is to make that first step feel safe, respectful, and relieving.
