Please Note: My practice has now moved to the West end of Ottawa, serving Nepean, Kanata, Stittsville, Almonte and surrounding areas. My area of expertise is with youth and families who are having difficulties coping with their mental health. When stress, anxiety and sadness begin to play too big of a roll in your life, it can seem overwhelming at times. I provide supportive counselling for youth and families in and around the Ottawa area. Those who struggle with emotion regulation, anger management, attachment issues or just general social problems, need someone to talk to and trust.
