My name is Saunia Palmer-Nelson and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am the Founder and Clinical Director of the Group Practice, Refining Therapy Services. Our team of 6 clinicians provide services through a trauma-informed client-centered, strength-based approach. In other words, we never assume we know you more than you know yourself, and we see it as a privilege to support you through any stage of your life that we meet. We aim to enhance the social development and emotional growth of clients in a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, and respectful manner.
