Hi, I’m Sarai Velasquez, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a PPS credential, and I’m here to support you through life’s most challenging transitions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety related to family changes, college or career pressures, cultural, spiritual, or religious identity struggles, or the expectations placed on you by others, you are not alone. I work with young adults and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are trying to navigate life decisions, shifting family dynamics, and the weight of “who am I supposed to be” versus who you truly are.
