Many of my clients are parents or caregivers who want to heal their own trauma so they can feel calmer and more connected with their children. I also work with autistic and ADHD adults who are tired of feeling misunderstood in therapy and want a safe, affirming space to heal. Kids and families come to me when stress, anxiety, or disconnection feel overwhelming. Together, we work toward relief from the weight of past pain, more ease in daily life, and stronger, more authentic relationships.
