Perhaps you find yourself repeating the same relationship dynamics, struggling with the impact of trauma, questioning your substance use, or carrying experiences that continue to affect your life long after they occurred. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, some of my roles have been as an Addiction Counsellor at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, and as facilitator in domestic violence programming. I have had the privilege of witnessing profound change in thousands of clients.
