Hi I’m Sarah! I work with clients who are navigating the complexities of life. The client base I work with are children (6+) who might be struggling to put words to "big emotions." They may show their internal world through behavioral changes, school-based anxiety, or social withdrawal. Adolescents who may be grappling with identity, academic pressure, or the heavy weight of social expectations. I have created a space where they can feel heard and safe. Lastly, adults who may be facing the "in-betweens" of life—career shifts, relationship changes, or a general sense of being "disconnected" from their true selves.
