Hi, I’m so glad you made it here. My name is Sarah, my pronouns are she/her and I am a therapist living and working here on Treaty 1 territory. I have extensive experience working with trauma, grief/loss, end-of-life, neurodiversity, navigating uncertainty and the impact of oppression on mental health. I love working with queer folks, immigrants and the neurodiverse community. I believe therapy should be accessible, collaborative, anti-oppressive and rooted in a trusting relationship. Therapy is a tool for healing, learning about yourself and building tools for managing the tough stuff life can throw at us.
