I support clients through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, past trauma, grief, and relational issues. I am pursuing additional training in Death, Dying and Bereavement through Wilfred Laurier University, and I am especially drawn to working with those navigating the loss of a loved one, the emotional toll of medical trauma, caregiving fatigue, and the unspoken grief that often accompanies living with a disability – grief tied to loss of identity, independence, or how life was once imagined. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a healing space where clients can truly feel seen, heard, and valued.
