I offer psychoeducational/psychological assessments for a variety of concerns (e.g., ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health disorders, ASD). I have received extensive training in DBT and CBT. I use a strength-based approach to treatment that is targeted, collaborative, individualized, flexible, and inclusive. Therapy is a safe space, and I welcome clients with diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, and racial and cultural backgrounds. I have an ongoing curiosity to learn and grow as a clinician and continually strive to refine my knowledge of evidence based treatment modalities to best meet the needs of my clients.
