I offer a supportive, safe, and genuine approach to counseling that empowers my clients to achieve personal growth and develop skills to overcome the challenges and barriers they face in their lives. I use a combination of EMDR, Internal Family Systems, attachment focused therapy, CBT, DBT, and schema therapy to help clients gain skills and resources on their journey to wellness. With my training from Postpartum Support International, I also specialize in working with the perinatal population as they face the challenges that becoming new parents may bring.
