Finding a therapist who understands your values, identities, and lived experiences can make all the difference in feeling safe enough to do meaningful therapeutic work. Many people come to therapy having spent years educating providers about their identities, relationships, or family structures, I believe you deserve a space where that labor isn’t required. You are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and respect. I work with individuals and relationships of many structures, including 2SLGBTQ+, non-monogamous, and polyamorous partnerships.
