Do you find yourself repeating patterns in relationships, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling overwhelmed by grief and anxiety? Many of the challenges we face are shaped by past experiences and the ways we've learned to connect with others. As an experienced LMFT, I work with teens, adults, and couples to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand these patterns, heal from grief and trauma, build self-worth, and strengthen relationships. With couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection through life's challenges and transitions.
